This NEVADA PRIVACY NOTICE (“NP Notice”) supplements and expands upon the information contained in School Family Media’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of Nevada (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this NP Notice to comply with Nevada's online privacy law, as amended in 2019 and in 2021(“OPL”) and any terms defined in the OPL have the same meaning when used in this NP Notice. For the avoidance of doubt, our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference, and any terms used that are not defined in this NP Notice or in the OPL, shall have the meaning assigned to them in our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to OPT-OUT of the sale of your Personal Information. To exercise the right to OPT-OUT, you (or your authorized representative) must submit an OPT-OUT request to us at identifying yourself and your Nevada residency status by any of the methods listed below.
