Expo Road Trip Season Is Here—and PTO Leaders Are Ready
This spring, PTO and PTA leaders are hitting the road to attend the ONE AND ONLY PTO Today Expo! We’re heading to six cities and we’re SO excited to meet hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers who make things happen for their school communities.
Meeting with businesses like yours, face-to-face, is top priority. PTO and PTA attendees walk away with tons of new fundraising ideas, service projects, tools, A&E programs, and more that they can put into action at their own schools. In fact, the Charles H. Barrows STEM Academy PTO was so excited to share their group’s experience at the PTO Today Expo, they documented their road trip on video for the whole world to see!

The PTO Today Expo isn’t just a fun opportunity to “bond with the board.” It’s PTO and PTA leaders’ one chance to connect with other local leaders and vendors to learn about the programs and solutions available to them as they plan for the coming 2026-2027 school year ahead. Some of the top things PTO and PTA decisionmakers are looking to learn more about at the PTO Today Expo events are:
• Product and event fundraisers
• Holiday shops
• Book fairs
• -Athon companies and services
• Fair amusement rentals
• Playground equipment and other community-enhancement projects
• Spiritwear and other school event apparel
• A&E programs that get kids excited

This year, PTO and PTA leaders will also be able to join live sessions to learn what thriving parent groups are doing right, along with hands-on workshops led by PTO Today staff – so leaders will leave feeling inspired and ready for 2026-2027!
